The Journey

From Kerala to the world.

The Beginning

A small town. Big ambitions.

Born in Kerala, India, grew up dismantling everything mechanical I could find. Not to break things, but to understand how they worked. That curiosity became an obsession with systems: how things connect, how they flow, how they can be made better.

Engineering

Chartered Engineer, UK.

Moved to the UK, earned Chartered Engineer status, and spent years deep in industrial automation, programming PLCs, designing control systems, and understanding the guts of modern manufacturing from the inside out.

The Realization

Industry needed more than engineers.

Every project revealed the same problem: factories juggling dozens of vendors for automation, training, parts, and software. Nobody was offering the complete picture. That gap became the blueprint for Wartens.

Building

12 companies. One ecosystem.

Founded Wartens and systematically built each company to fill a specific gap: recruiting, AI, robotics, training, supply, 3D printing, VR/AR. Each one standalone-capable, but exponentially more powerful together.

Now

The ecosystem is live.

Today, Wartens serves industry end-to-end. When a client comes to Oscabe, they get access to everything: from the AI that designs their system (OFORO) to the robots that build it (roboTED) to the people trained to run it (ED Wartens).
